Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from Seller. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD shipment will be accepted. Goods returned for any reason other than defective merchandise or mis-shipment is subject to a 15% restocking charge. The goods must be returned in the same condition as was shipped or no credit will be issued. No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which have been closed out by the Seller.

This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
  • Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Must be complete with all parts and accessories in-tact.
